Note- You will still be able to play matches with your team up until the cup has started. Once its started you will only be able to use your team to play cup matches. |

preliminary idea for the group stage scoring post your comments please
win 30
draw 15
loss 6
forfeit
win 25
loss 0
hopefully that should encourage teams not to wait out for a forfeit any actually play their matches, while not penalising the teams where they have trouble getting their matches
what do people think? |

Ok i think the entire thing is a good idea seems fair to both the teams who can play all their matches and teams that cant schedule all their matches in time
and Hax he only put up one choice (we were supposed to comment on it) |

I'm still not sure how the group phase will work and when the cup will start... seeing as that there was no response to my last post...
So can anyone give me the details of the group phase and when all the fun is supposed to start |

Legend, I think it all starts 1 Nov... I guess groups etc will be sorted out once numbers are finalised 31 Oct... |

the group stage will be an open round robin
so you can play each other person in your group once but there is no fixed order of play
groups will be determined at the start |
