As you all know by now. E.M.U. is an association of the bloodbowl teams of The Horned Rat, Khorne, Tzeentch, Grok and Mork. Our goal is to rid the world of those miserable pointy haired flower children - the elves. No elf is safe from the iron-clad legions of EMU!
EMU has been granted the right to exist by the gods of bloodbowl. These recent hard ships will only help to make the group stronger in the months to come. As they say, any publicity is good publicity!
EMU is open to all non-elf teams in Open and DivX .
All elf teams are fair prey - Wood Elfs, High Elfs, Dark Elfs, and the new "Elves"
Points will be awarded for TDs (3pts), Casualties Inflicted (1pt for bh, 2pts for SI, 3pts for RIP, 6pts for RIP that stays dead - no apoth or failed apoth ), Wins (5pts), and Slam Dunks (7 or more cas in one game 10pts + the usual cas points)
Teams will lose 5pts for a loss, and lose 3pts for games in which they fail to score a casualty. In addition, you will lose points for casualties scored against you (1pt BH, 2pt SI, 3pt RIP) as Evo points out.. getting killed by an elf is kinda embarassing!
Hopefully this addresses some concerns raised by a few others. Oh btw, If an elf team spanks an EMU team and gives them a negative score for the game, the Elf team can post that result in this thread and i will count it in the rankings! This ensures that not just successful EMU games will be posted in this thread.
Standings will be kept and posted weekly. |

Suicide Is Painless forces a HUMILIATING concession!
After finally finding an elf team to play I was looking forward to letting my nasty beasts run rampant over the weak pro-elfs.
I ripped apart his ball carrier in the first round and scooped up the ball. I started trundling down the pitch with my warriors knocking out elfs left and right.
Then he concedes... before I get a TD or kill anybody...
Just prooves to me that elves are an inferior and conwardly race!

Started with a B.H. by the specktaters on the very first kick off, and after that it was just pantsy elfs bleeding all over the place, and green guys all over the ball

Just played a DE team. Started out very well. 3 k.o. on pich inv. but endet medeocre, with me being cheated for a td by a ONE and a double skull on the 7th turn

this match, the first one in the OFL league, designed to be in the complete spirit of the game, where many if not all teams had almost full bios for their teams, bunnypuncher was facing a dark elf team with his orcs, after the death of his black orc an team captin to the hands of a lowly elf, BUNNYPUNCHER CONCEDED THE GAME TO THE ELVES IN THE SECOND TURN!!!
is this the sort of behaviour we expect from our beloved leader in his actions?
i think this is the time we start to question his true colours, and ask him to explain his actions of conceding, and then retiring the team, angainst a brand new elf team in the second round.
