Am i right in thinking assistant coaches dont factor into team rating?

If so... why would you ever -not- take a coach when you retire a player?

Assistants factor into TR but not ST. since they do, some coaches dont take them to avoid inflation, when it comes to winnings.

+1 TR seems very small. Seems like ya'd just take the coaches for the hell of it with that small of a TR increase.
