What are the number in () after a players cost?
EX:
50k (58k) |

I'm pretty sure that it's the Team Strength calculation.
eg. if your player is missing the next match, his Strength value (in brackets) will be 0.
No doubt if I am wrong someone will soon point it out!! 
Oh, forgot to mention....skills on a player will increase the value. |

Yeah though just for a bit more help. Its a players "worth" taking into account his stats and his skills gained, the initial number, the 50K is just the initial price of the player. |
