I'm not sure whether this is the right section for this post.

I just wanted to share a nifty little thing with those of you out there who, like me, arer not absolute Fumbbl pros yet. It's to do with passing range.

When considering a pass:
I knew I could select pass and then check the different range bands to see what kind of roll the pass would be, and then make a GFI, if necessary and convenient.
But to do that your potential passer already needs to be in position for the pass.

Today I found out by accident that you can right-click on any square (during your turn) and have the range ruler displayed.
This way you can drag the mouse pointer wherever you like find out the best position for your passer to end up before you start moving him.

Darn, you guys didn't know that?... You know that you can mark up to 5 places on the field with Shift+left mouse click?

Oooooh, thanks. Perhaps this explains that bug I used to experience where the screen freezes up and I cant do anything so have to reload... Very Happy

I knew about the markers, I use them frequently to note range of potential blitzers into the backfield.

I always forget about the right clicking range finder though

I know about the visual markers, just not the range passing thing.
And have read the manual, cant find that thing Sad
