I have one team in [B]. If I don't feel like playing that team then I don't play [B].
Maybe my [B] team would get to play more games if there was something to play for in [B]... but all the cool stuff is in [R]...

OT: Also, [R] isn't that bad for cherry picking. It's up to each and every coach to accept the games they think are fair. Don't like cherry picking don't pick. And just say no No to bad offers.
