Living Punching Bags beat Hospital.

We had one of our Fenbeast dead after 1st Turn.
Then Willow Willie Knocket Out their nasty Strig Lord, and we tried to attack. But we failed and Soraya was badly hurt by a Crypt Ghoul.
Then Willie killed two Thralls, and we killed a Crypt Ghoul too with a foul, but he regenerated.
We fouled almost every turn, then in 2nd half A Mother of a Wood Elf injured herself and the ball was there on the ground.
3 turns passed in a bloody mess of people trying to kill each other, marking the ball on the ground, a blaze of blocks, hypno gazes, blitzes, until the newcomer Leprechaun Darky McBright managed to hold the damn object. He backed, afraid of going forward, but when Chestnut Charles smashed a Crypt Nurse's face (-1ST) we started to see the light. Hand off to a Pixie, dodge, rush, a final blitz of the last Crypt Ghoul resulted in a failed go for it and we scored, and won! We lost a young Fenbeast but we'll buy another one, Willie and Charles are still alive and Soraya too, and that's all that counts.
Exciting game, now we are undefeated since 7 games and have a 4-row-wins.

Loaded Dice took the Ultimate Hospital Challange in this game. Loaded Dice cheated their way into completing 11 challenges (or maybe 12).
- Beat Hospital
- Kill a patient
- Cause 4 BH in a match
- Make Hospital lose a FF
- Keep Hospital scoreless in a match
- Beat Hospital by 2 TDs
- Kill a Nurse
- Cause 4 SI in a match
- Kill somebody with a secret weapon
- Crowdpush a Nurse
- Beat Hospital by 3 TDs
and this one if kills count as permanent injuries, otherwise just 2 niggles and a -AV

Duder is the new Ultimate Challenger with 11.
A new reward for challengers:
after 10 completed challenge you can become a patient, after 20 a nurse and after 30 you will be the next doctor in the Hospital. |

In a very close game Crokko and the Crimsons manage to achieve some (not many) Hospital tasks.

The match has been very good, but a tragedy occurred: A Mother of a Wood Elf, only legend Thralling in Stunty, was brutally killed by Kroxigor Stompus, and the Apo decided not to act. That guy (girl?) had the scars of a thousand battles on him, he/she was an hero, and he/she found an honorable end on the pitch, instead of being retired. Crokko and the Crimsons cheered for the victory with a little pain in their heart; they do know respect for legends, and they promised to plant a small coconut tree in memory of the fallen.
Rest in Peace, Mother of a Wood Elf! You will be missed! |
