look, this is the baseline of this argument
some coaches LOVE to destroy others teams
and they have teams with anywhere from 6-16 piling on players
its now no longer as good at destroying teams so they want something that will destroy more people
unfortunatly for you idiots
piling on is still probably the best skill for that
a reroll on armor is great
it means that everyone has an equal chance to destroy people
from minos to 1 str halflings (str- from someone piling on)
which is the way it ought to be
your right
this is BLOOD BOWL
people do need to die
but everyone should have an equal chance of killage
so stop complaining
try the skill
its not as super powered as it used to be but ill bet you its still effective
especially with mighty blow, and maybe claw rsc

MrMojo has it right.

We will not be giving players the option to swap skills that have changed. Beyond the administrative nightmare that would present, the players with those skills have already recieved benefits from having them.

There is nothing more wretched than the poor lonely fool who, realising his combination of a complete lack in tactical brains and a desperate need to silence that niggling insecurity demon, is forced to resort to a mindless quest for overwhelming power through the discovery of loopholes.

Have a think about what percentage of your mental capacity is used when lining your little men up next to your opponents and simply rolling block dice and watching imaginary men die. Now think about how much enjoyment you seem to get out of it? More than such a simple exercise warrants? Consider what gives you the most joy? It's the simple things isn't it? The violent things?

How much more fulfilling is the battle of wits, the clash of skills and daring that abounds when the game is actually played as it is intended. Be it beating teams or agility teams (I enjoy PLAYING with both), both can win on their own merits (and those merits aren't lining your men up, trying to roll a 4+ on 2d6 and then trying to roll an 8+ subsequesntly).

Play the game for the tactical fantasy football simulator that it is, it's much more fun. Otherwise, you're just wasting your time as there are plenty of die roll simulators out there that are much faster. Sure, there's violence in the fluff. But isn't there much more there also?

What is funny. For whatever game your play. As soon as there is a modification (small or big), you will always find people not satisfied. It was the same for CS 1.5 to 1.6.

Before blaiming what happenned. Could be better first to ask why it was changed and understand the reasons of that.....
And only after that, if you understand all the reasons, make your own comments in order to give your feedback about the modifications done.

Very Happy Cool
