Things I did:
- downloaded all the icons and porttraits I could find
- deleted all the redundant entries in icons.ini and portraits.ini
- deleted obsolete teams and players
- added stunty teams and starplayers where needed
- tested all the teams to see if they show
Things I didn't:
- test to see if the starplayers show (but they should)
- note who needed to be credited for the work
Result:
A rar file with the icons.ini and a folder pics/icons/ filled with all the icons you need. And a rar file with the portraits.ini and a folder pics/ filled with all the portraits you need. Just unzip them in C:/BBowl or wherever you've put the client. Make sure to backup your old files first, just in case.
Warning:
I only put the teams and players in that can be created/purchased at this time. Therefore this ini file will fail if you try playing with teams like old world, lustrian or chaos pact as they don't exist anymore. If you play bloodbowl with the java client but with rosters other then the ones from the fumbbl site chances are you will not see all player icons/portraits.

Just speccing a game now and morg n thorg has come up incorrect. although nobbla works fine |

I remember changing it to make him show but there's a few MorgNTHrogs out there. Apparently the Fumbbl roster uses the one with spaces. Add this line to the ini file to make it work.
MORG 'N' THORG=morgnthorg1.gif

and you should probably add MORG 'N' THORG=morgnthorg1.gif as well |

it does work for me. Make sure you close and reopen your Fumbbl client after changing AND saving your ini file |

hmm was saving as i go but added little letters and it seemed to work. Perhaps it is case sensetive? or i was doing something dumb  |
