SkiJunkie was so gracious as put together a version that I call 5.2ca (just to keep things as close as I can). It contains only 1 minor enhancement.

All the functions of right-clicking are now available through keyboard shortcuts, as described at the end of the README file.

Thanks again to Ski (for the quick fix) and some random French guy named Jerome, who brought it to his attention.
