I don't see why they couldn't go into [L] I suppose, although it's not to my tastes to have house ruled teams about (and that's more or less what they are, afterall). I think official divisions should only contain official teams. |

We will have custom rosters in League, so I guess they may be available in that division. In competitive division, you will probably get the same answer than for Khorne teams.  |

If the Apes of Wrath can be included in the [L] teams list, I don't see whay Bretons and Khorne can't be included there. |

The reason Apes were included in League was very special. League is not as a rule adding house teams (in it's current format). This is to say, just because Apes were added; it gives no justification to add any others.
FUMBBL does not follow Cyanide nor does it believe Cyanide's version is more official than any other house ruled league. The design issues of both rosters also makes both teams a tad controversial. |
