When I join a game, either vs opponent, as a spectator or in testing mode, the game freezes after about 2-3 secs. I get no message about disconnection, it simply stops.

when i spectated using the terminal browser elinks it worked.

OS: Linux Debian, WM: Openbox, Tested browsers: FF, epiphany, chromium, midori, lynx (only as spectator) and finally elinks

java version: java version "1.6.0_22"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_22-b04)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 17.1-b03, mixed mode, sharing).

EDIT: If I start a game with sound off it fixes this issue. I think I'll have to look into how to add another sound server ontop of alsa then,,,

Solution: pulseaudio with simultaneous output
