Should Slann be allowed to compete in the new E.L.F. for FFB or should a new division be attempted?
YES - Slann Leap even better than elves and squish just as well.

In pondering the new catergory break down of races for the next E.L.F. season I came to the conclussion that the Slann play a very E.L.F. like game from what I've seen so far. So I thought I'd see if other coaches thought the same.
Or perhaps in the spirit if E.L.F. a new division should be made to prove that you don't have to bash or dodge to win but a good mix of both. Perhaps with races such as Slann, Human, Skaven, Lizardman, and maybe Underworld (haven't messed with them much to know if they are competetive yet or just fun.)

I would agree w/ Jeffro. They are slower rats that have the hops instead of mutations.

If rats are allowed they should be if not they shouldnt, remember they have a big guys and for blitzers with diving tackle and access to strength skills. I dont know a lot about your league but I think the second option sounds more in keeping.

They are pretty much Skaven. Skaven don't compete in ELF.

Dont mess with traditon. It is E.L.F. not E.L.F. and some guys from outerspace who look like frogs and can leap....It seems their only entry qualification is they are squishey...Well are not halfings, goblins, ETC.......

and for the Box devotees....would you rather see a rash of Slann or a boat load of various Elfs hit the scheduler?

In fact, Slann are not pointy at all..... why would they be in ELF?

I don't see them as like Skaven: skaven guarantee a bloodbath but not which side. With Slann you know which side will be leaving the field: the only question is what the score line will be when they do.

Skaven hit back; Slann don't ...even some elves have been known to hit back.

Not sure that qualifies them for E.L.F. though... isn't that L for "Liberation": not a very Slann sentiment.
