He's rolled doubles and managed to acquire Hypnotic Gaze. Yes, it is more annoying, but if that is what you are going for, might as well go all out. (And cleaning up animated gifs is a right pain.) |

That's not a white box, it is the glow from Pete's halo. I tried to remove it, but it wouldn't budge. |
