Just a suggestion but its not overly obvious the starting lineups are in the strategy/tactics section
I went to the getting started guide first off to look for them so how about a link straight to the starting lineups page under getting started as well as the strat section
that makes the teams also 2 clicks away rather than 3 and it doesn't hurt to have them both linked under 2 sections |

The idea of the getting started part is that that really only covers the basics. The info you first read when you get here. Same reason why it is divided in sections that are building up on each other. The other point is, that we* try to keep the front page as little cluttered as possible.
Only way I could imagine those two ideas not being violated is by putting a link to them somewhere in the text of the getting started guide itself. But you know, the more complex the harder to understand  .
Edit: Added a little line on the Team Creation Page.
