I read a review of LRB5 that said:
"Another change to fouling is the long-overdue change of the Dirty Player skill from a +2 modifier to a +1 modifier"

When I first saw it, I possibly thought that way too. But now I know that change was just manna from heaven for S skill stacked sides who play the PO game, who didn't need the perk.

Once there was foul or cpomb. Now...highlander....there is only one.

Just sayin'.

Hell yeah, and bring back 3rd ed rules +2 +2 for dp and add str mod to arm roll with PO. That's where the pains at, DP should be a compulsory skill on all linemen. Where did it all go so wrong?

Un-nerfing DP a bit would be okay. Improving fouling in general would be nice, as would a TV penalty for stacking multiple skills on a player.

No way dude. Leave fouling weak, and create a General "lay down" skill to avoid PO.

Lay Down (G) (10k):
The player may lay down following any action.
