What do U guys think to the current surfing rules.
Roll straight on injury...
If the fans can totally ignore armour why can't the players? Doesn't make sense to me. I'd like to see it changed to include an AV roll perhaps modified by FAME afterall, if more fans turn up to see one team or the other wouldn't that influence how likely they are to hurt the player?

I like the + FAME. But use directly on Injury. Of course the crowd steal the armor and then kicks his ass.

Anyway the reason fans ignore armour is that it only takes 10 men to get a +9 armour roll foul and there are a lot more fans than that.

How about use the dice roll of the surf to determine result
Push - stun
Push/pow - Ko
Pow - BH

Or some variation

I would like to see a pow-surf (or pow/push w tackle or w/o dodge), to have the pow resolved first (roll armor, injury, chance for cas with SPP), and then the surf.

I don't like the idea of armor protecting vs surfs (claw's monopoly is bad enough, at least surf gives clawless guys some chance against the AV9 types... However, the idea of having FAME modify the injury roll is a brilliant one. It adds some little value to fan factor, which is good.
