i created a new team actually 4 new ones, and then 2 of them go to be "Not eligible" why is that, then i have the 2 others but with injuries so im under 11 at start, how do i bye new players to play again

You probably need to finish the post match sequence by skilling players & clicking "ready to play" at the bottom of the team page. |

You need to have all of your blackbox teams ready to play in order to activate any of them, so you need to assign the skill you have earned on your dwarves and then mark the team ready to play.
You can buy new players once all skills have been picked (actually you can spend money on anything at this stage, and also retire any injured players... something I strongly advise that you do.
Also, and I mean this to be helpful, perhaps you should start by reading the rule book, there is a lot in there that will help you get to know the game. |

You dont have to buy new players, journeymen can fill in for the injured ones. Looks like you need to skill up some players before you are ready for the next games. |
