I have installed the FFB client and the latest 8.9 patch but when I open the client a blank window appears titled Java BBowl Setup. I cannot do anything in the client from there.
I have tried many of the fixes on the forums including uninstalling/reinstalling, using an older version of Java etc but none have worked.
Has anyone got any suggestions?

This is an easy fix, don't worry.
1. You are talking about javabowl not FBB. If you want this client to work, you must use a java version 5 at the latest (currently we are in the 7s).
2. This client is no longer used on FUMBBL. The client is site based, not downloaded.
If you wish to use javabowl, use java 5 or before. If you wish to play on fumbbl, simply download a java and press play NEXT to your team or GameFinder in the menu. Java 5 (if you wanted to use both does work on FBB, but may have security issues elsewhere). |
