[NEW] Policy update! On the War Gods, i will allow Current Coaches to sponsor an additional Lineman player. As these silent heroes fight (and Die) far more often than a postional, and to encourage more interest, this change will be in effect immediately. Get your applications in! |

Just to don't hold you up, should Niklas Wolf make it to emerging star:
Next normal skill would be Kick (unless someone else has it by then).
Next double skill would be Diving Tackle.
He'd take +MA over +AV.
And +AG/+ST are of course very welcome.  |

war gods vs gbangoos, by the numbers
players: our 14 vs his 15, both sides have a deep bench
block/wrestle: our 9/1 vs his 11/0, but he must choose between kick or block for his 11th man.
Dodge: our two vs his three, but ours are on st2 players
Guard: our 5 vs his 6
Mighty blow: our 5 vs his 6
Piling on: our 3 to his one, which is on a blocker, so slow. This one may be relevant, if the dice fall our way.
armor: our three 7 and one 9 vs his one 7 vs three 9, plus he has two claw,MB, tackle frenzy
strength: our st5 and two st4 vs three st4. this is fairly close considering the comparable guard.
We are getting 290k inducements ATM, but a bit of fine tuning can alter this to fit a scheme.
drop an AC and Wiz, bribe, babe?
drop a RR and get Griff?
any other star players worth considering?

Induce Zug 260 (5st9av)
Induce a Bribe and go after his +ag. (This is crucial)
Keep throwing Zug at his GLT prize (I guarentee he will not like this), it will draw the GOlems which should let you start picking off his positionals. |

He is pretty set for cash, on a regen team..
..also consider that he might buy a wizard, since he is giving up so much in TV.
This would change your Inducement selection; best to not get caught off guard.

Well, the zug gambit almost worked. We lost on the coin toss in overtime, well that and he brought his giant with a load of rocks. Other than poor armor rolls and the overcommiting there at the end, how did we do? |
