I like having the end-of-turn ding, but not the sounds for the actions, you see. So I can cover the client with my browser or whatever while the other guy plays, if I'm busy doing something at the same time, and then hear the ding to know it's a turnover.

Should be able to turn off sounds under options, and still retain the ding.

Doesn't work right now.

I just made it work though so wait for the next patch.
