Hi

My longest serving lineman, who is yet to miss a game (dead next game), has skilled up to star status. Skill roll is a double.

He is currently a Str 4 blodger. Is guard too obvious a route? Might blow might be an option, but his role is more of a protector rather than hitter in the Nam Royals team.

Does anyone have some alternative options on how to skill him?

Never.

You have 3 Guards already, but 4 is not too many. And a St 4 Guard is just that much more of a pain. (SS next - maybe Stand Firm on doubles?)

And you already have a POMBer, so you don't ~need~ another heavy hitter. (Altho' this is CRP, so another MB in the mix couldn't hurt - works for a lot of bashy teams, and an AV 7 POMBer is not going to last forever.)


About the only other thing you could do is something like Grab, which can be a great skill on the line or in a ruck, where he pro'ly spends a lot of his time.

Guard then SS next. MB isn't too bad, never take Grab.

I would probably take frenzy on the killer, not jump up. (But would swap agility increase for the jump up.)
