I dont have a gnoblar/cheater team on fumbbl but I woundered if its a typo on the Stunty Roster page that Slabb Slaughtermaster are a Snotling Starplayer only, but the rulebook says he also plays for gnoblar and cheaters.

I would guess that the rulebook is right, but I don't really know.
Haven't induced any stars with those teams yet...

I had to test it in test-mode.
I was able to hire him with both gnoblar and cheaters.
Who edits the wiki page?

That's one weird star! Who/when would he stab? 2DB against AV7 Block? When a push is no good?

Against av6/7 blodge or when you don't want them to sidestep out closer to the line or away from a diving tackle marker or when you don't want to risk him falling on his arse with a 2db (or even 3db fail). Looks a bit rubbish on paper for the money but whenever this guy plays against my teams he always seems to perform!
