See, the trick is to play something like these guys and GET picked. Then win lots. Best part was I did it right after a Halfling Blackbox meta tourney so I got to be a huge CR trip mine.

My Underworld team Hydraulic has now played 19 games without picking a single one. Each opponent has picked me first or, on occasion, I've greenlighted everyone. Some games are tourneys too. I hope to continue this pattern for their duration. I think the logo is fitting too  |

So you accepted everybody who picked you?
Because if you turned down people who offered you a game...that'd be picking in my book 
I'm a ranked player, so this is probably not my place to write, but although I do chose whom to play with, it rarely has to do with the actual race and more with either the coach rep/previous experience or with spamming.
As a WE, you wanna have 1 CPOMB player? fine. 5 of them? Keep on looking for somebody. |

No, not always. That's not always possible when you get multiple offers. Also it would be suicide in some cases. I will say though that as a system it was tougher than running a team for 19 games in Box.
It all depends what you want out of it though. Each team and coach has different goals. I originally created the team for a 1300TV SMACK and was going to 'pick' towards that goal, but then I found I hadn't got it in me.

Well the funniest thing about Brutal Cherrypickers is that nearly every match that they have played was offered to them. The reason they haven't played many teams with good records is because the coaches of teams with good records tend to be pickers who run a mile when they see a team with a decent chance to beat them and/or kill their mens. |
