My team looks like this at the moment :

Ogre -AV

Blitzer Guard, Mighty Blow
Blitzer +MA ........ this one got 4+6
Blitzer
Blitzer

Lineman Block
Lineman -MA
Lineman
Lineman

Catcher +AG ...... this one got double

Thrower Accurate

I'm considering Guard or +MA for Blitzer. For Catcher also Guard.

I play in small local league constisting of 6 teams (Humans, Ogres, Orcs, Norse, Wood Elves and Skavens). Next match is against Ogres, than Orcs.

Any tips or advices? Thanks.

definitely +ma on the blitzer, ma 9 is a massive deal. If its only a small league and you are not expecting much long term development it might be worth considering skipping the double on the catcher and going for the more obvious short to mid term advantage of block.

We are planing to play more seasons. But it is truth, that players probably won't have more than 3 skill...

Well of course I would not have taken the first MA... but now that you have, a guy with double +MA is pretty cool.
Block on the Catcher seems best imo.

+MA on the Blitzer. 9 MV will keep let you always have a scoring threat and make sure no team can outrun you.

For the catcher, Guard. This player becomes a really mobile assist, able to dodge into places to help take out the ball carrier. Just don't LEAVE him in tackle zones, particularly since you don't have block (or wrestle, but since he has +AG, block would be better to keep a handle on the ball and it combines better with guard).

MA9, hell yes! Catcher: guard.
Also, dump the ogre. If you can't afford to replace, you're still better off without him until you can.

The Only doubles I like in a Human Cathcer are guard and nerves of steel.
Ma 9 is awesome... But it think Guard or Mighty Blow would be better for the team. Or tackle

I think Guard on the Ogre would have been a better choice unless it was 55 then Block of course.
Av 10 is got much better than av 9. But guard with ST5 is very useful.

I wouldn't take guard on the catcher.

How about dauntless + wrestle and use it like a gutter runner to sack the opponents early in his drive now that it has ag4?

That's my feeling as well. I've played with elven catchers with guard and they don't last nearly long enough if you make an effort to use that guard.

I would for +MA on the blitzer and guard on catcher (a mobile guard is gold)
