i don't quite understand the extra TV for rank. Do you add the TV for each rank or only the one you're currently at? If it's the latter, i feel the values are a bit low on the high end, and maybe to high for the low end. I'd remove the extra for the first skill and maybe go as high as 50 for the 7th skill. After all, it would mean that you pay the prime for skill synergy, so more skills, more (potential) synergy.
I also feel that removing negatrait is too expensive at 60... it is hardly a contender to a classic block at this price. |

I believe I addressed that with the latest update. Only primary skill injuries can devalue a player and no linemen have any primary skills. |
I think av and ma always make a difference, and you could cheapen a player. Ag and st either make a huge difference or very little and tend to be black and white decision making on retention...... I guess no matter what price. So it's whether or not you want to do TV reduction just for ma and av. |

Plenty of good ideas here. Nice work!
Personally I dislike the -cost for injuries/niggles. Why bother? And some would simply benefit from less TV at same effectiveness. |

This thing was addressed, so that only stats that matter substract TV. |
