I tried to buy a new player at number 10, and actually thought I did. Pressed purchase, gave her a name, etc. But no player appeared! (Also, no money was deducted). And now the team has been readied for play, so I guess I can't buy a new player?

Did you forget to give them a number? I've done that before. It should pop up a warning though.

Best to play a game and get back into post-match, unless an admin can unready for you Smile

You guess correctly. There is no way to make further edits when your team is in Ready state.

When this happens to me it is usually because I forgot to select a player position, which is likely what you did here as well?

The lesson here is to always refresh your team and check if you're done with all management tasks before pressing that ready bottun.

Ah, that's more likely correct. The number thing I mentioned was when buying Journeymen.

EA has sorted it anyway Smile
