Hey,
I have a tv 1000 team that I've put into blackbox several times today. I can't seem to draw a match.
Do I need to click anything other than "activate for next round?"

You need to ready them. A button at the bottom of the team page. |

You have only 1 box team and it is in pending for some reason so it cant get scheduled.
Ready the team and you should be OK, rookie teams normally don't have a problem getting matches. |

It's not insanely hard, just luck of the draw. Your team can only play a team between 900 and 1100 TV, and if you don't happen activate at the same time as one, you won't be drawn. That limit expands over your first few games, so it will get easier once you get them started.
Edit: it is much harder when your team isn't ready. Silly me, should've checked that. |

You have to select the team when activating. It will be obvious when you see it.
The problem is that you don't see it since you only have one team and that is pending. Don't ask me why a team with 0 matches would be pending.
EDIT:
It might be a caching issue. Try to press ctrl or shift or al while reloading the page. (Dunno which one, depends on the browser. C recommends ctrl but i think it's shift for me..) |

Go to the team page and click 'ready team'. For some reason you are in 'post game' status. Which is a bit weird. If there is no ready team button on the team page, seek admin help via the help button/support. |

My guess is that someone reported your team something.
Some of the weirdos around here will report a team for a lot of imaginary misdeeds.
Admin probably needs to clear your team or something. |

No, that would be a different icon, a red one. A yellow P should never appear for a new team, so it maybe there is a problem with the team, or it maybe that you can clear it by readying team like you normally would. |

actually lately my teams (all of them) won't automatically show the 'ready team' button, & I have to refresh the screen to make it show up. Not sure why, but it's been the last couple of weeks. Perhaps related? |
