I recently started playing BB2 and it has alot of changes to BB. The link in the help section for CRP goes to Games Workshop which doesnt have the rules listed any more on their site. So where is the rules used for Fummbl?

The rules for FUMBBL is on the cyanide main forum page?

Really?

FUMBBL uses (mostly) the CRP rules which you can find online somewhere if you google blood bowl and CRP, or LRB6.

I don't even remember if we're allowed to link directly or if the site has a direct link anywhere.

If someone wanted to find a PDF of LRB6 perhaps some searching on google would find it Wink

I am trying to figure out why I see so many different crp's that arent the same.

NAF's has the wood elf catcher change but not the human catcher or Orc Blitzer change. Also doesnt have the nice weather change.

When I went to buy players for my team on fumbble I am also not getting the change to orcs or Human catcher. I have been playing off since 3rd and it seems there is more then one crp out there and there all different.

There aren't different versions of CRP. CRP is one ruleset, but others use variations that have different names.

on NAFs page you find CRP + additional teams and that is what we use. Cyanide just released a document with changes to the rules implemented in BB2.

NAF: http://www.thenaf.net/blood-bowl/rules/
BB2: http://forum.bloodbowl-game.com/viewtopic.php?f=61&t=6757

what renton said.

google LRB6 and you should get the 'correct' version.

At least the correct version for FUMBBL.

The differences between it and FUMBBL are incredibly minor at the moment, actually I don't even remember if there are any real differences other than not all cards being in the game and a few other mostly cosmetic kind of things.

Rosters are correct, but you can find these on the fumbbl help page.

Skills are all correct, or someone will remind me of the ones that still have issues.

So
NAF - CRP (Which I thought was latest)
Fummble - LRB6
Cyanida - what ever they want to do.

LRB6 is CRP as I understand it.

Then there are some things like CRP+ and a few extra rosters out there.

The 'rules' though really refers to how the skills work more than how the rosters are priced, but there are differences now between cyanide and LRB6/CRP with rosters.

There are also 'differences' (which is the polite way to put it) between cyanide and CRP with how certain skills are implemented. Largely you won't even notice this, but in some cases, largely with skills that should be optional but are not (like fend and juggernaut) you may wind up disappointed.

Head to the naf. All explained there I think.

FUMBBL and NAF use CRP (also known as LRB6) with 3 extra teams (slann, underworld and chaos pact)

BB2 uses rules based around the CRP ruleset.

Other places use variations on CRP (CRP+ etc).

That's what I understand the set ups to be, although others may correct me.

This is what really pisses me off about it. How can you make a game and then do the most basic rules wrong? We can all argue about team list changes for balance issues all day long based on what we perceive when we play but incorrectly implementing rules has no excuse for any reason.

When did nice weather change?

When did thick skull change?

Odd they reduced alot of skills over the years yet changed claw so it damages av 8-10 equally. Maybe needs to go back to +1. Odd change since a skill choice doesnt effect everyone.
