Just want to make sure I understand it correctly, cuz I couldn't find anywhere that spelled it out in black and white (there was always some fuchsia or lavender thrown in there). I've also been away since I've played (2009) and trying to get back into the swing of things.

The way I understand it, is if your teams TV is lower then the other (by say 100K) you get 100K to spend on Inducements. Spending this 100K does not affect your pocket cash (whether you have any or not).

Is that correct (in it's most basic explanation)?
