Chaos Warrior thread got me thinking....
Should Humans have a ST4 blocker type of positional? CWs are human-ish, and so is Zug. They are the jack of all trades, I would think every type of positional would be available, I'm also tempted to suggest a couple stunties with Halflings.
I'm thinking Chaos Warrior stat line, sans the mutation access of course. And up to 2.
This may be the Buff they need to return to the Reavers glory days. |

Sounds like the Ulfs on the Norse team, is that what you were thinking about adding to the regular human roster W/o Frenzy? |

Yeah this type of player should be AG2. See Flesh Golems, BOBs, Ulfs, Dwarf Blockers, Nurgle Warriors, etc. Chaos Warriors are the one exception because Chaos has bestowed terrible power upon them, at a terrible price.  Ulf stat line without the Frenzy... works for me. |

If we think of the current orcs vs humans setup derived from the tabletop, as in4 bobs vs 4 catchers, the orc roster just roflstomps humans any day of the week so if you were to balance blood bowl to suit the basic tabletop setting of orcs vs humans it would kinda make sense.
But in CRP and larger scale humans are not without their merits and they don't deserve ST4 positional. |

I voted no as it detracts from the human playstyle and doesn't really fit the fluff.
I do think having something like a 0-4 6/4/3/8 Juggernaut player with G and S access for 110K each would have made the Bretonnians actually interesting and different form humans.
Equally you could do an Empire team with 0-2 Warrior Priests that were ST4, maybe with some cool skills like regen or disturbing presence. |

Oh... Well they really arnt the blocker type with their 3ag anyways... Let Chaos keep their 3AG strength guy to themselves, whichever demograph the CW considers themselves. |
