Space Tails got a phyrric victory in the semifinals vs Cedric's Hashuut Fanatics losing 2 saurus and the kroxy for the next game.
Third consecutive major final for the Space Tails.

Where is Milford? Maybe we deserve a small article to push morale?

Sooo Space Tails did it! Grats again! That should boost my picks. But Milford hasn't been seen since he took off with a bunch of Lizard fans and groupies into the tunnels of Skavenblight to celebrate the victory. Not sure if this was the best idea he ever had...

In a back alley, dark and dank, there are stairs that lead down to a pub. It is a forbidden place, followers of dark gods go there.

In the back corner of the pub, sprawled out in a most un dignified way, Miloford lays, slumped in the corner, a bottle of 8 ball in one hand and a hooka in the other.

Milford, star reporter and follower of everything related to majors, is laid out on a 3 week "bender".

A foot kicks him in his face, SMACK!!!

"Milford!!! Wake up!"

"What? who? me?"

"yeah, YOU!!!"

"Oh, sorry, is this your 8 ball?"

"No, who in the hell won the WO pickers challenge?"

"No, clue, you tell me."

"What, you where running the challenge, you should know!!"

"Oh, thats right, well, let me see. Ah, bugger it is back at my pent house suite."

"Well, you need to get back there pronto and inform the masses then or else there might be some masses in front of your hotel with pitch forks and torches."

Milford staggers up from his passed out position to one of a gentleman, composed and in charge. Pays over 1000 gold to the Pub keep and moves on.


** Foot note **

8 Ball is slang in the "states" for Old English 800, a malt liquor that is around 14 proof and mainly served in 40oz bottles or 52 oz hillbilly jugs and is dirt cheap. Although I know of a place in the eastern side of Kentucky that serves it on tap.
