I've beaten people with really large E-manhood (CR) and lost to those with really small ones.
It really means nothing.
Dice are the bigger factor. |

On the pages of the matches you linked it shows your overall ranking i think - this is the combined ranking of box and ranked games -> However, it is not combined by 1/2[R] x 1/2 [B], but an independent ranking that takes into account all the games in B and R you play.
So e.g.
you start a match
with
[R] 155 [B] 152 and [Overall] 158 against an opponent with R 145 B 144 and Overall 142
in Blackbox
then your Blackbox changes by using the raniking formula vs your opponents Blackbox rating, your Overall rating changes by using the formula with your opponents overall rating, and your ranked rating stays at it is.
your overall rating is higher since there are more matches in it and your rating is above 150 i guess |

As for these ratings.
I don't think they are the starting ratings. I think they are the end ratings. And it says:
After your loss, your rating was 156.67.
Then you tied a game that was almost even but you were a tiny bit favored. So you ended up on 156.54.
Then you won a game and got a huge boost of about 1.86 CR, which is almost maximum. So you won a game were you were a massive underdog.
EDIT:
Ah no correct that, you only gained 0.86 CR so you were favored in that match. |

So let's see:
Overall: 157.48
Ranked: 155.84
BlackBox: 152.28
Unless the Overall rating takes other factors than B and R ratings, something's amiss. |

I think it just comes down to who you play. If you play a great ranked coach in box who almost never plays box and so has an average rating your overall rank will increase more then your blackbox will because it sees a legend overall but only an "average" box coach. |
