Play whatever you want, whenever you want. However, I'd ease into this!
Ogres aren't actually a "bad team" to just leap into, since absolutely no other team you play is going to prepare you for how atrociously bad they can be. Vampires seem reliable and not at all frustrating by comparison.
I'd just be careful you aren't setting yourself up for endless games with teams that are poor at low TV & with very low starting skills - it can get disheartening very quickly.
Other than that, let thee fluff flow! It's easier to stomach a 3-0 tanking as gobs when you can just pretend you're a shaman or something* 
*coach is not advising the use of mad cap mushrooms. Maybe. |

Also you can approach the games, not with a pessimistic attitude, but realising you arr the undarrdog. Then any success you do have is a nice little surprise. |
