Season 1 of the Stunty Wastes League is now running!
Round due dates:
Round 1 - 15th August
Round 2 - 22nd August
Round 3 - 29th August
Round 4 - 5th September
Round 5 - 12th September
There will be a playoff at the end.
Exact format is TBC depending on SWL dates.

At Cheesy Fleas village Clan chief Mr. McGrew paced impatiently awaiting the return of the Ulfpuppy search party. Eventually in came search team head Ned:
Chief: Did you find him!?
Ned: No, sorry boss. But... but we did snare another mutant Snow Troll
Chief: What?! We don't need another one of those. Logan (blessed be thy name)..
Ned: blessed be thy name
Chief: ...hates Yetis. Did you see them last game? Roaring at each other the whole game
Ned: Yes, but....
Chief: Get back out there and find the Ulfpuppy!

Hey all, playoff is up, it's a fake one round container for the five matches, there is overtime to settle the winner so mind your bench and rerolls.
For 1st place: (CFling) Cheesy Fleas -vs- Atomica Hoppa (Squig)
For 3rd place: (Strig) New World BBQ & Brew -vs- Overcooked (Horrors)
For 5th place: (Squig) COM - Loan Squigs -vs- Styx & Waaaaghstones (FGobs)
For 7th place: (FGobs) Bakery & Cheesecakes -vs- Molehill Misery (Nurgs)
For no spoon!: (Pygmy) Fair Maiden's Hands -vs- Knee-High Elvis (PFling)
Been some smashing efforts on the pitch, 129 casualties from nineteen games (10 for a certain Squig), 545 SPPs between ten teams, and a charming 76 fouls. That's the spirit with the Stunty Wastes, and almost all of them just Badly Hurt so we can come back for more. 
Due date: 19 September, thank you all, we have another couple teams in for season 2 already, and should be starting around the same time as SWL proper, in a couple of weeks. |

The Ulfpuppy served well. Congratulations, ramchop, our inaugural winner.
 A cup for the ages, sized for the champions, the stunty Cup, for the Cheesy Fleas.

And what of player records? This season but sets a baseline, who knows in time what greatness will arise from the stunty Wastes.
4 TDs each:  Hecate from Styx and Waaaghstones, and  BBQ Baron Bourignon from New World BBQ and Brew Crew.
10 Casualties each:  Momo and  Spilotro from CoM - Loan Squigs SW Outfit. Fear the mighty Squig.
That also earns them most star player points, and the naming rights on the season 2 divisions. Top job, you little monsters.
Both 80 Turns on the pitch:  Archnemon from Styx and Waaaghstones and  Thumpin' Sack Smash from Atomika Hoppa.
3 Completions!:  Ariel from Soil Not Fair Maden's Hands. Someone was skilling!
With 51 Blocks:  Lord of the Grill Duquette from New World BBQ and Brew Crew. Dedication to his craft.
A fine 81 Rushing Yards: BBQ Baron Bourignon from New World BBQ and Brew Crew.
A brave 9 Passing Yards:  Chthonia from Styx and Waaaghstones
Just 3.3 Blocks per Casualty: Momo from CoM - Loan Squigs SW Outfit
5 Pass Yards per Completion:  Lucky Lucciano from CoM - Loan Squigs SW Outfit. No minimums, it is Stunty after all.
And most importantly of all, the boot, but it's a sad performance after 5 games.
5 fouls each:  Chain Da Gunna (Atomika Hoppa),  A little less conversation (Knee-High Elvis),  Acnubren (Madness Molehill Misery)

Season 2 is under weigh, due Monday night just like SWL. Should see a few mean star players in action now, excellent.

The stunty Wastes League uses the default LRB 6 rules, with the stunty rosters in place of the official teams. There are no other changes. The unique rosters and star players themselves can all be found from

The second season of the stunty Wastes runs for five weekly rounds (including a bye for each team) plus a single cross-division playoff match against the side finishing the same position as yours. That's about us at the moment.  |

The only real difference is that Secret Weapons don't get autosent off the end of a drive but have a roll to make to see if they are sent off. Its normally:
Ball & Chains / Rollers = 6+
Chainsaws = 7+
Bombardiers = 8+
Cannons & Stabbers = 10+
Some stabbers and bombardiers aren't classed as carrying a secret weapon, the stabbers that don't have a secret weapon can dodge into cages ignoring TZs if they are stunty (unlike their SW counterparts). |

Hey all, the 2nd season has about wrapped up. There's a couple day extension for the last game before we nuke it and put the playoff game for each of you up. As we're on a long break from there, the deadline on the playoff is that we don't really need it played for yonks, but it's nice to finish up so I'll PM everyone when it's ready to go and you can all take it from there.
Cheers, all. Hope the Stunty has been a welcome distraction from the rigours of the SWL at times. This season's results are rather upside down from the previous, dice being all the more important for the little ones it seems. |

Putting it out there that I'd be keen for a another season before xmas, given there is only 4 games/5 rounds and SWL is going to be done by mid-Nov too. |

Cheers, Semi. We admins will consider. At the moment we've been looking at a break, and starting back up with SWL next year, so aside from us there's a Fringe tourney on (with Waikikamukau) and possibly some DIBBL spots that might be available for those bugging ramchop when he's back from his junket (the Agile stars will be getting a go).
Season 2 playoff games are up, there is overtime (if tied, first score in overtime wins, etc), one game only, just gives us a nice final list of positions across the divisions.
