There are 66 coaches going Welsh for the next five weeks, and the first deadline is Monday 19th Sep. at 22:00 BB time. Selected group PM notes below.

Hello Online Welsh Open coaches!
I’m pleased to say that the tournament is GO!
Thank you for joining us for this online NAF tournament! Now that we have kicked off, I can finalise our structure. The winner of each of the three Swiss groups will advance to a four team knockout bracket to crown our overall champion. They will be joined by the winner of a preliminary four team knockout held between the three group runners-up and best performing third placed team. We will also have a final between the top performing Stunty teams to decide the Stunty Cup. There are no North American or Oceanic groups this time, so our winner will be playing in the European timezone!
The first round deadline is Monday night, 19th September, 22:00 server time. Each group has a different member of staff to deal with forfeits; Group 1: Prez, Group 2 pythrr, Group 3: Chavo. These are your staff members to PM if you find difficulty scheduling your games. You will find your group number on the tournament page.
Good luck, have fun, and if you have any issues, please raise them swiftly in the forum thread. Thank you for your support!

Brecon Beacons Titans come staggering out of the Welsh highlands drunk and very rowdy. They stagger around looking for the stadium to play some Blood Bowl, get lost, ask for directions and then find themselves back at the Beacons, totally confused and discombobulated.
Eventually a snotling figures out that the stadium is that way, he points in two directions. So, we spin him like a top until he points the other way. We follow his directions and low and behold WE FIND THE STADIUM!!!! We pat the snotling on his back for the good work and look down and realize we patted him to hard and crushed him like a tomato. Well, down to a 13 man roster now and we have not even played a game yet.
Beacons finally stagger into their dug out. Plop down 8 kegs of beer and wait for our foe to show up. A few hours later, 3 kegs have been consumed, some pointy ears take the pitch. The crowd is going crazy for these guys. The only titan fans who made it to the game where some bar flies they found hanging out at the local pub.
Beacons take the field in the opening round match.
DOMINATION!!! The Titans where to much for those pointy ear runts and stacked the KO/CAS box deep with their bodies. Titans roll in the opening round and have served notice that the Titans are going to bring a heavy fist with them and lay you guys OUT. |

A little over a day to go. Get that game played, and if it's not going to be, alert your admin. We can't forfeit correctly without information! Hopefully there will be no forfeits, but you never know... |

Brecon Beacon Titans are hanging out in the Beacons, drinking a lot of beer, have a nice bon fire going on and having a celebration. They just won the OWO and man the feeling is good.
A few hours later a official from the OWO shows up. Of course the Ogres are all excited to get their first ever championship trophy. They are crestfallen when they are informed they will have to be at this stadium, some where in wales, to play their second round match.
The Titans have a team meeting that is focused on where in the hell they need to go.
TOTAL DISCOMBOBULATION for the next few days. This tournament is to mentally challenging for them. |

After two days the Titans have figured out three things.
#1 they need to be in some hamlet know as Pembroke. SO they can take on some pointy ear dark elfs.
#2 they have no idea where this god forsaken hamlet is located.
#3 spinning a snotling worked once but most likely will not work again.
SO, they have come up with a cunning and devious plan.
2 days later
The Titans are hiding over the crest of a hill, the snotlings have gone recon mode and are hiding out in some bushes.
They are watching the Carreg Cennen Castle. Sure enough the plan pays off. 20 tourist from the suburbs of London show up for a day full of joy and taking in the sites. The Titans wait until night fall and then make their move.
The tourists are sitting around a bon fire singing songs of celebration and their runts are running around like snotlings.
The ogres emerge and charge into their midst. The tourist scatter like cats!!!!
2 hours later the Titans have no idea where they went. They regroup to come up with a new plan. Drink some beer and try to figure out this new mental challenge this OCO has thrown at them.
Out of the dark a snotling shows up with a Hersey bar he found on the ground and a map of WALES!!!!!!!
RAHHHHHHHHHHH
Knowledge is power!!!!!!
Now we just have to figure out what is North/South/East/West........ |
