Hi all.

My opponent is having issues to connect to our game.
His PC apparently keeps crashing.

How can we simply cancel the game that appears as scheduled on our coach page?

You need to go to Help/support and then click on reporting a team issue, described the issue and then submit.

A admin will get back to you and clear the match.
