In this case, fire him. With ag4 galore you can reskill new elves relatively painlessly by doing a few short passes in the safety of your backfield. |

+ma -ma seems like "huh, there is no effect at all, same movement".. BUT!
Wven when it's 0 movement it's still +30 tv (injuries don't drop TV, but skill increases do add it)
Also it's taking skill slot currently. High Elfs start to be good at high TV so you want to have efficient and skilled team.. this guy will always be 1 skill behind everyone in your team AND in your opponents team.

Fire. An don't take +MA on an ordinary elf. Once a line elf rolls +AG, then take a +MA. Or +MA on one that rolls doubles for Guard. But ordinary elves don't need to get their uselessness anywhere 1 square farther. You have catchers for that. Line elves die. +MA ones just die faster.

Also, I totally would have taken the MA too! It's tempting haha. Useful to if he can survive and not get a MA- of course. |
