It's that time of year again! I've gotten in a bit earlier this time. Here's the intro (quoted from 2 years ago, because I'm lazy):

The rules will be simple. In this thread people are free to make Nominations for their FOTY along with a reason. Once a nomination is seconded they will be added to the list of nominees. These will them be turned into a Poll where people can vote for their FOTY! This isn't based entirely on FUMBBL achievements, but they can be considered. It for contributing to the community as a whole. Someone who runs leagues, contributes to meta groups, helps people by creating logos, or updates wikis and guides. Anything that constitutes a good FUMBBLer. Two basic rules:
1) This is a thread of celebration. No negativity is allowed!
2) Nominees cannot be FUMBBL Staff members, for obvious reasons. Otherwise Christer and Kalimar would win hands down  |
Nominations will run for 2 weeks, then I'll start the Poll which will run until January. I'll declare the winner on January 2nd. Don't forget to come back and vote for the people you nominate!

So, to this year's nominations!
I always like to start the ball rolling with my nominations for the year (which still need to be seconded before going on the list). I'd like to start off with 2:
Cowhead: For creating and launching College Fumbbl, which for me was the most different and creative league to come with Custom Rosters.
PurpleGoo: For continuing to run and support the NAF competitions, while ALSO getting an issue of the GLN published.

I'll also second Purplegoo, also for tirelessly being the voice of reason on the forums, boring as it may be. 
We somehow neglected to even nominate sonrises last year, for the TOP25 and OBC Sports coverage on the official tourneys. Really great stuff there, and he's been keeping it up for years now without losing his spirit, refining it in the process! |

As a note, I believe Throweck has taken over a lot of running the 145 this year so he's worth a mention, too |

I will second on bghandras, for his dedication to running the DLE league, and being helpfull towards others who want to run new leagues.
Also second Wreckage, for his great job in helping various Leagues behind the scenes, and making stuff run smoothly. |
