Season Seven is looking ready to go, five 10-day rounds, kickoff mid January.
Due Dates: 1st Feb, 11th Feb, 21st Feb, 1st Mar, 11th Mar.
In the ruined southern lands where a most macabre form of bloodbowl is the only life a few will ever know: the only way out ... is DEATH!
Dirty Tricks, Secret Weapons, the spiked ball, sneaky gits gone mad, untacklable little ones, tragic mismatches and the legendary upsets that result, and our stable of crippled and blessed stars alike who have nowhere else to go to earn their keep.

A Season Six review.
The Blasted Plains were finally taken from the ECB Ladies Ashes Tour after five straight by the Black Gulf Breakers with 4/1/0. Well done cdwat.
Red Mountains was won twice by the Noisome Swarthy Woodsmen, only to have rookies the SSL Fling Police take it with 3/1/1 on a countback. Yes, those are flings. Top stuff Daudy.
Whipsundays was won for the fourth time running with 4/1/0 by our eventual champions, taking their first major title, the Jim Lahey Experience. Congratulations DustBunny.
Paintree Rainforest has swapped winner every season, previously the Goblins, now They Called It Survival with a perfect 5/0/0. That's me, tussock.
Our famed player recognition is up to date, and there's a modest list of the teams who've found no where else to go for longer than any other.

For season seven, as always, our other 20 teams will be randomly assigned to the pools, new and old alike, to tear and rend the previous winners, steal their place, rock the finals, and go get that Casualty Cup back off the nefarious Norscan Survivalists League, who've now nearly won it as much as us!
We always like some backups and names to call on, if you like the look of our rules (full details on the group page) get a PM to tussock, bigbullies, or jevouse, or if you like drop a replay here. Any extras we'll let you know and get back to you as needed.

That might be it, ladies and gentlemen.
If you would like to leave your names for if we need a step-in, or have a late drop out, as we often do with real life throwing a spanner in the works in any league of this size, please tag on, or PM bigbullies, jevouse, or tussock.
In the mean time, I can count 24, and that is all the spots we have.
If we've managed to get any overlap applications with PM timing and such, I'll update everyone when I know, but this should be the set. Thank you all, draw should be about 10th Jan. |
