Mine wasn't either after updating.
To get round this:
Click on your start button and type java into the search bar.
Click on configure java
This brings up the java control panel. Click the security tab.
Click edit site list.
Click add.
Type in https://fumbbl.com
Click ok.
Now your games/spectated games will load again.
