Per the CRP:

Completions (COMP): A player who makes an ACCURATE pass that is caught by....etc., etc., etc.

So to count for SPP, the pass needs to be accurate. If inaccurate, (I guess) it still counts for yardage (just like a handoff counts for passing yardage but is not considered a completed pass... or, perhaps the passing yardage you're seeing is from a hand-off only, and it didn't count the yardage from the inaccurate pass? I'm not sure how yardage works from an inaccurate pass).

no, it is not a strictly completed pass because the pass it's self is missed.

I guess it's worth passing yards whenever a pass is caught by a player from the own team, no matter if intentionally or not. It's only a guess, but should be rather easy to verify/falsify.

A missed pass bounce catch by a DC player does not give the Thrower a SPP.

A DC Hail mary pass of 25 paces does count though towards passing paces on the stat page.
