Is it possible to enable the setting up of KO tourneys of two (or three) teams, for playoff games and finals?

You can use fillers for that.

I've heard there would be a new type of fillers, but I'm not sure of my source.

I second this petition. I'd love for league admins to be able to schedule one-off games.
