Thought I’d get some opinions on the Fumbbl dice I did last year. This would let me see if there is interest in doing another batch at some point.

It would likely be 100 sets again, but just 2 styles this time, 1 new and 1 existing.

The existing would be either; Opaque Black or Red Pearl.
The new colour would be out of; Green Opaque, Red Opaque, Green Pearl or White Pearl.

Below is a pic showing what pearl and opaque looks like for White, Red and Black. Using some other custom dice to show Red Opaque and White Pearl.

There is also tiny pic showing what all the pearl colours look like including green, don't have an opaque green pic sadly.

I would need to up the price from last year a little sadly, to cover things like paypal fees and replacements for items lost in the post. I’m thinking either putting it up to £13 a set or adding 2 spot dice in the same style with the Fumbbl logo in place of the 6 for £15, the option would also increase the donation to the site to £6 per set.

It boils down to 3 questions.

1. Would you be interested in a new batch of Fumbbl block dice?
2. Which styles have the most appeal?
3. Would you prefer £13 for a set or £15 but get 2 Fumbbl themed spot dice as well?

Opinions on the dice: I love em and use my opaque white ones whenever I play. I'm sure there would be loads of interest in another run. Personally, I probably have enough block dice already! Wink

I might be tempted if you could manage the green pearl with gold etching like the d6, but not sure you're thinking along those lines

Thanks for doing this spubb, I use my black set all the time.

1. Depends on the style chosen
2. Opaque all of the way, any colour. The number one issue I have with custom dice is that they are not immediately legible. That immediacy is the most important thing. The pearl designs have that fraction more 'mess' about them, and I think it detracts from both the aesthetics and the practicality of dice
3. If the design is to my liking, either is fine by me

Again, you're a hero for putting the effort in!

Yes, I'm bummed that I missed the first batch.
Opaque colors, preferably including black.
Either way is fine with me. I own enough d6, but it'd be nice to have some themed dice and it's not much more money.

Have added a poll about the new colour choices, feel free to let me know which of the 2 existing colour options (Red Pearl or Black Opaque) you like best in the thread.
