This forum post is where information relating to the Black Box Belt will be posted.

The belt was established in October 2016 and is put on the line every time the current champion plays a game in the box, regardless of which team they use. If the belt is undefended in a month then it is stripped from the current champion, who is forced to wear the bucket of shame, and awarded to the active box coach with the highest CR.

History of the Black Box Belt can be found by clicking here or on the belt image above.

I will be posting an update in this thread every time the belt changes hands.

3...2...1... ACTIVATE!

(A little plea for help, if anyone can make pivot tables work in google docs could they send me a PM. It's my first time using it and it seems subtly different to librecalc and excel)

A flurry of activity since my last update has seen Justicium defend the title 6 times before finally losing it to Harad in this game.

Harad defended the title successfully 4 times before losing it to our new champion Stoffel in this game on the 2nd of Jan. Stoffel has yet to defend it.

And the bottom races

3. Skaven (!!!), winning 4 of the 16 games recorded
4. Elf Union, winning 2of the 7 games recorded
5. Orc, winning 7 of the 22 games recorded.

FYI, Nurgle and Khemri both came out evens with 50%/50% wins/losses

Most Games Played

Top
1. Lizardmen, 45 games
2. Chaos Dwarf, 36 games
3.= Dark Elf, Dwarf, 35 games

This morning the belt changed hands again as nThatch's Dark Elves beat Stoffel's Elf Union side and stole the belt as spoils of war. nThatch has already notched up two additional defences since, both with chaos.

Full history of the belt available here

Ladies and jellyspoons, orcs and elves, mutants and whatever that is over there, a miracle has occured, a true landmark in the history of the Black Box Belt...

In this game, as nuffle is my witness, OGRES won the BELT!!!

Congrats to misterlonestar (who then made the mistake of trying to defend it with slann and lost it, but we'll ignore that).

As Tulkas (^^^) so kindly pointed out, recent history has seen Asteflix, mls, Lasershark (whose fumbbl flame seems to have burned bright and quick) and now Maram hold the belt.

Maram is currently 6 defences into a reign. Get im ladz!
