but in that awesome page are in minipacks of 4 little images and i need the individual ones

I mean in that page the images come like

What purpose do you need it for, if I may ask?

You can save the images and cut it with an image editor or use the picon code if you need it for use on the site

A line of code like this "[picon=aaaaaa x=1 y=1 title=your Player name]" would give you the first icon in the first ora of that pack with a label with your Player name. It behaves like the usual bbcode for images, so you can combine it with URLs and the like.

[picon=XXXXXX x=a y=b]

Replace the 6 Xs with the image code for the icon (hover over it or open the image in new tab.

X and Y are the horizontal and vertical components working from top left. Eg x=3 y=2 yields the third across, second down icon

For example:
[picon=499938 x=3 y=2]

At the end of the icon url you linked, change 303 into 1 for "normal" teams and change it into 2 for stunty
