is there any other league apart from the 145 Club that accepts coaches with low win rate / teams with low TV ?

Do you mean specifically for coaches with low win rates? As I imagine any league would accept you regardless of you w/d/l%

I know of none.

You could make one? It's easy to start a league, you could use customs rulesets to only allow teams to be built with 5 players and 400k or whatever you wanted

Every week in leagues, some poor fellow loses or draws. Around 50% of the players have below average results in their competition. You could be one of them!

Only in the Lake Wobegon League do ALL the coaches have a winning record. Wink

Hmm. Do we need a Planetary Nebula League? (I.e. a league composed of 'Emerging Stars' with records between 145-155?) I'd join! I'm a rubbish coach.
