Background:

Skeggi is the one human settlement in the New World. Protected by an ever changing swamp, this human settlement is dominated by the Norse, although people from Tilea and the Empire live here as well. It was the launching points of raids against the Lizardmen and the Dark Elves. They go out, seeking gold, glory, and even the eggs of Cold Ones in almost successful attempts to turn them into war beasts. There is no true leader of Skeggi, but they have united by Warlords against Lizardmen's attempts to push the humans out to see.

However, with the end of war and the rise of blood bowl, the people of Skeggi found themselves far more isolated. Their attempts to raid did not only get hatred from the lizardmen and dark elves, but also from the humans back home who see it as ruining the game. Cut off from trade and finding themselves in a crisis, a Warlord has risen up out of the choas, putting the Skeggi's people's talents to the blood bowl field.

Rational:

Skeggi is a mostly norse place, so I took two of Norse's positionals. The settlers however represent the non-norse population. They are in a really hot place, so having them in less clothing, thus less armor, made sense, so one less armor than normal human linement. Swamp Runners and Jungle Beserkers are just Runners/Beserkers but renamed to be more flavorful.

Shore Raiders are the people who spent most of their time seeking riches, particularly in the Lizardmen temples. They have strip ball as they are good at swiping loot, and dump off as they are good at suddenly need to throw said loot away to run faster.

Cold Ones are big T-Rex like dinos that are used as war beasts mostly by Dark Elves and Lizardmen. However, people in Skeggi have stolen Cold One eggs to raise and tame them, although this has only been partially successful. So they have claw for the bite, Frenzy, Wild Animal, and prehensile tail because it often depicted with that. I considered giving them bloodlust to represent them fighting against their owners, but that was a bit to much to control on a wild animal loner and I would have to start them out with break tackle to make that playable. Instead, I gave in animosity to represent this instead, although it is not likely to be holding the ball in any situation let alone make a handoff, but it's their for the flavor.

Finally, the Warlord is usually a really strong and commanding guy for the Norse, making Leader and Block a must. To make him different from the other "Leader" characters he also has Juggernaut.
