has survived long enough to become a ST4 blodger or wrodger and I'm very proud of him. The question now is whether I should give him Block or Wrestle.

I voted Block since a ST4 AG4 AV7 player is a major foul target if on the ground, and you already have wrestlers. Sure, Wrestle followed by Tackle, strip ball and/or Leap would make him perfect for sacking the ballcarrier but he probably wouldn't live that long. Block makes his survivability better

I would say Block, because while ST 4 sacks are nice, you don't want your +ST Catcher, with his temptingly high TV and his AV 7, going to the turf and getting fouled. And you already have a Wrestle catcher that you can develop as a sacker.
