These are games i have played recently or will play in near future..
- xcom (90's version [modded one preferred] and both of the new ones)
- battle of Wesnoth
- HoM&M (3 is still the best altho i am currently playing 5)
- Worms (armageddon/world party might be best ones alto recently we have been playing the newest one with our friends)
- Old fallout games
- Card against humanity
- Uno (the card game)
- Pokemon games (i prefer random nuzlocke runs altho i should try some fangames too)
- Total War games (i like the turnbased map things combined with RTS battles)
- ICY: Frostbite edition (haven't played yet, friend gifted it to me and what i found about the game it's neat enough.. theme seems to be surviving and [turnbased?] combat is something that happens sometimes but isn't as deep as games other mechanics are)
- Hard West (xcom-ish kinda game but in wild west and more storybased)
- Frozen Cortex (turnbased american football game - you take turns to think what your guys do next BUT then there is few seconds of action that happens simultaneously)
- Crusader Kings 2 (haven't played yet but have seen enough to know that i will like it.. just i need to buy few mods to add umph to it)
- Darkest Dungeon (hard at 1st.. gets much easier as you learn what to do and what to avoid.. maybe too easy.. it should have more random maybe to add difficulty and to avoid scumming)
- Jagged Alliance 2
- 7,62 Calibre

I'm a middling chess player (1600ish). chess.com is a fun place to learn and play.

Strip poker is a good turn based game...

In my opinion, this was the best in the series. Probably one of the best space strategy games I played growing up

Great game, was basically Civilization (the original), with Magic. I was highly disappointed that Orion got several sequels, but Magic never got any. I liked Master of Magic so much better than the original Master of Orion

Sounds like a competent settler. Allways trade all the time (except when not). Any good online Settlers adaptations?

Currently Homm 3, from time to time Civ, EU 2 and some economy simulation like F1 Manager Pro, I just like the thrill of these fast paced games...
